Heckert Solar extends Range of Traded Goods

Prysmian and Power-One compliment the company’s product program.

Heckert Solar AG extends its product portfolio of traded goods. Doing so the company reacts to the present material bottlenecks in the market and puts the points for further growth in 2011.
New in the range of traded goods are cables and plug connectors Made in Germany. With its partner PRYSMIAN Heckert Solar is allowed to offer the cables TECSUN as well as the PV plug connectors TECPLUG. The TÜV Rhineland confirms that the plug connectors TECPLUG MC4 are connectable with MC4 and thus cover a big number of applications.
In the inverter assortment the AURORA inverters of the American company POWER-ONE complement the range in future. Starting next year Heckert Solar will be able to offer the new equipment actively. According to an analysis of the magazine Photon, issue 3/2010 (page 80 ff. “efficiency for middle irradiation”), the module manufacturer will than be able to offer an inverter mix of 8 from the top 20 listings featuring the brands SMA, KACO and POWER-ONE.

The Heckert Solar AG manufactures with an actual capacity of 90 MWp polycrystalline and mono-crystalline high-performance modules of different dimensions and performance classes for the photovoltaic in the location of the city of Chemnitz, Germany. Since the setting up in 2001 the family-owned company is committed to quality and performance. The modules produced exclusively in Germany feature an excellent product quality and a high module efficiency. Because of the compact design with only 54 solar cells installers refer to Heckert Solar modules for rooftop installations on agricultural buildings, family homes, garages, carports or similar. The own-developed aluminum frame featuring a 38 mm extruded profile and the 4-mm ESG solar glass optimize stability and robustness leading to the certification of the TÜV according to the “mechanical load test” for the snow load of 5400 Pa.
